GP® VOID VENT consists of a cuspated HDPE core with a geotextile filter/separator bonded to one face, available in 25 mm or 45 mm depths. It is designed to provide effective ventilation when installed alongside an approved gas protection membrane, in line with the requirements of NHBC guidance and BS 8485:2015 + A1:2019.

The system is supplied in either 25 mm or 40 mm void depths. Sections are joined by overlapping the loose geotextile edge to ensure full coverage, or laid in discrete strips according to the project’s ventilation design.

VOID VENT meets the latest codes of practice issued by BRE, CIRIA and NHBC, and has been independently tested and verified by UKAS‑accredited laboratories.
